Customer Service has always been very helpful and courteous. I have gotten a 2nd before and the flaw wasn't very noticeable, but have seen complaints about others that were very noticeable. They do tell you which they are in the details of the item. I have found most items are closeouts (from some company or store that had to many or whatever). The only thing I would suggest being cautious about is closeouts vs. You can also get free ground shipping with a riddle they put in every catalog (you can usually find these online that someone else has posted SHHH!). They will send you an e-mail a least once a week with deals worth another 20% to 35% off their already low prices. Make sure you sign up for their "DealFlyers".
